Well dissipating the heat from the hot side, and releasing cold from the cool surface of modules will maximize the thermoelectric cooling performance. That is why the heat exchanger is a very important part in thermoelectric applications. Currently, We provide our clients the following solutions at very competitive price: We offers total flexibility in the design and manufacturing of Bonded Fin Heat Sinks. Each of our products can be built to the specific needs of our customer. Aluminum bonded can dissipate two to three times more heat than conventional extruded heat sinks.
Heat pipe is a kind of super thermal conductive device, which consists of a sealed container with a working fluid and wick. It has several hundred and even a thousand time thermal conductivity that silver or copper has. A heat pipe' is passive device, resulting in high reliability and long working time. In the heat pipes, the heat is absorbed by working fluid in the evaporator section, generating vapor. The vapor will travel with very fast speed to the condenser section where slightly lower temperatures will causes the vapor to condense, releasing its latent heat. The condensed fluid is then flowed back to the evaporator by the capillary forces developed in the wick structure. This continuous cycle transfers large quantities of heat from one end to the other section with very little temperature difference. A heat pipe's operation is passive being driven only by the heat that is transferred. This passive operation results in high reliability and long life.
